About Jacob Wood MSc
Having joined S.R. Wood & Son in September of 2020, Jacob now works alongside his father and colleagues and is the third generation of Wood family member to do so.
As for education, Jacob has completed his Masters degree in Commercial Real Estate with UCEM, furnishing him with the most up-to-date industry standards and practices. Following completion of his Masters, Jacob has now begun a part-time secondment with a local firm of surveyors, with a view to become Chartered by the RICS.
Jacob is able to advise clients through various commercial property matters, such as:

On a more ‘down to Earth’ basis, during his free time Jacob enjoys spending time with his family/friends or writing and recording music. He can therefore often be found with either a Gibson Les Paul or Fender Stratocaster in hand!
